About
Hi, I’m Stephanie. I’m glad you’re here.
I firmly believe everyone deserves the space and support to figure things out. I want to know what it’s like for you. My goal is to collaborate with you to find a path that fits your life, is kind to your well-being, and is on your own terms, so you don’t have to navigate the difficult parts alone.
My path to this work included a previous career in corporate environments, where I learned firsthand about workplace dynamics and burnout, and volunteer crisis line work supporting sexual assault survivors.
I’m a Chinese Canadian born in Toronto and grew up in Hong Kong. I have navigated minority stress and loss in my own ways, along with the guilt and shame that sometimes accompanies it.
Outside of the clinic, I am a millennial mom that enjoys nature.
In my approach, I draw on both my clinical training and experience. I aim to help you skip the guesswork by bringing together your expertise on your own life with proven therapeutic methods. My lived experience serves as a toolkit, to help us find a path that honours you.
If this resonates, I offer a free consultation so you can get a feel for my approach and decide if we are a good fit.
