About

Hi, I’m Brooke, and I’m so glad that you’re here.

Maybe you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or struggling to keep up with life’s demands. Or maybe everything in your life looks good on the surface, but something still feels missing. Whatever brings you to therapy, you don’t have to navigate it alone. We’ll work together to help you better understand yourself and reconnect with what is most important to you.

I believe that the most important relationship you can have is with yourself. You are the expert in your life, and my role is to walk alongside you as you navigate your story. My goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental, and safe space for you to explore and reflect on your experiences.

There is something unique about each person that comes into therapy, and my approach reflects that. I integrate aspects from a range of therapeutic modalities into my practice, including cognitive behavioural, person-centred, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based therapies. We will work together to find what feels right for you.

I completed my bachelor’s degree in psychology at Western University and am now pursuing my Master of Education in Counselling Psychology at the University of Toronto. My diverse clinical, volunteer, and research experiences continuously shape how I approach therapy. In the past, I was a behaviour therapist supporting children and youth with autism, and I have volunteered as a crisis responder with Kids Help Phone. My undergraduate research focused on eating disorders and body image, and I am passionate about bringing this knowledge to my therapeutic practice.

Outside the clinic, I love spending time with my family and friends, walking my dog, baking, trying new restaurants and cafés, and practicing hot yoga. These are a few of the activities that fill my cup and keep me grounded, which I truly value.

If this resonates with you, I’d love to connect for a free consultation.
